At Natasha's Top Shelf, we want you to love every piece you curate for your wardrobe. If a selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
